IFCO Systems N.V. (the 'Company') has been informed that its majority
shareholder Brambles Investment Limited ('Brambles') has commenced the
squeeze-out of the remaining minority shareholder of the Company under
Dutch law. Brambles holds 98.85% of the issued ordinary bearer shares of
the Company (the 'IFCO Shares') and wishes to acquire the remaining IFCO
Shares.
