Mitteilung nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG (Aktie)





On May 25, 2011, CORESTATE GERMAN RESIDENTIAL LIMITED, St. Peter Port, Guernsey,
Channel Islands, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in YOUNIQ AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has fell
below the threshold of 75% and amounted to 66.46% of the voting rights
(6,911,941 voting rights) as of May 17, 2011.



Of these voting rights, 66.46% (6,911,941 voting rights) are to be attributed to
CORESTATE GERMAN RESIDENTIAL LIMITED pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by CORESTATE GERMAN RESIDENTIAL LIMITED and whose holdings of voting
rights amount to 3% each or more in YOUNIQ AG:

- Yanworth Holdings Limited

- Sechep Investments Holding S.à r.l.

- SECHEP INVESTMENTS HOLDING II S.à r.l.

- GOETHE INVESTMENTS S.à r.l.

- RABANO PROPERTIES S.à r.l.



None of the voting rights have been obtained through the purchase rights that
have been granted by the exercise of financial instruments according to § 25 (1)
sentence 1 WpHG.
